The ideal time to exercise is between 6 am to 9 am that is because the elements of earth and water are high in the environment. When they blend with each other creates dullness, slowness, and coolness. In fact, you might have experienced those qualities upon awakening in the morning.

Exercise prevents sluggishness, warms the body, provides fresh blood to the brain. This process body which makes a person to feel energetic and prepares both body and mind for a new day. Aim for 1-hour intense exercise in the morning.

  1. Cut Out Snacks

There is an always question in mind that to snack or not to snack. and the answer would be not to. When you eat junk food our body produces insulin to help commute sugar into cells and keep our blood sugar balanced. The sugar that enters our cells will pour average energy needs for about three hours. During that time our body begins to burn fat in order to supply its energetic requirements. If you start to eat for every three hours, your body is never given a chance to dip into fat stores.

  1. Water

Lastly, Drinking water soon after or before the meal is not suggested. While water consumption is very good for overall health and weight loss, consuming it with food dilutes stomach acids that help with digestion. The food particles are not broken down or assimilated properly, Built-up toxins and hormonal imbalance, undigested food etc are just a few contributing factors of weight gain and obesity.

 

For that sipping water throughout the day, warm water is ideal and helps with digestion and detoxification.
